Angelina Jolie’s 19-year-old daughter, Shiloh Jolie, just made her music video debut. After her appearance as a dancer was revealed in the teaser for Dayoung’s “What’s a girl to do” video, the full visuals debuted today, with Shiloh credited as Shi.
A source detailed how Shiloh joined the project, revealing that no one, including her dance crew, Culture, knew who she was on set “until after filming wrapped.”
“[She] likes to dance but is not seeking special attention or fame,” the insider told Entertainment Tonight.
Shiloh puts her talent on display in “What’s a girl to do,” where she serves as a backup dancer alongside K-pop star Dayoung. She is present in almost every scene:

Dayoung shared behind-the-scenes photos, giving another look at herself, Shiloh, and the rest of the dance crew together on the project.
Ahead of the music video’s release, a representative for Dayoung’s entertainment company, Starship, told Maeil Business Newspaper Star Today that Shiloh really was an unknown to them and earned the part due to her skills.
“We held an open audition in the United States of America (U.S.) to cast performers for Dayoung’s music video,” the rep explained. “Among those who took part were several performers affiliated with a dance crew called ‘Culture.’ Shiloh was selected in the final round and ended up joining Dayoung’s music video. Even after filming, we had no idea she was the child of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, and only found out by chance quite recently.”
In February 2025, Angelina spoke during a Santa Barbara International Film Festival panel about how Shiloh and her five other children—Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Vivienne, and Knox—view fame. She described Shiloh as “extremely private.”
Her six children are “not interested” in becoming movie stars, the actress revealed.
“They really don’t like any of the celebrity part of it, especially Shiloh hates it,” she said, via People, adding, “I think in a very healthy way they don’t…It’s not a normal thing. It’s a silly thing really.”
She alluded to Shiloh’s love of dancing during her discussion, saying, “Some of them dance, some of them paint, some of them love theater, but none of them are dying to be on-screen.”
