Media and entertainment powerhouse, Banijay Entertainment, today announces the 5th edition of its MSc in TV Content Creation and Innovation, a pioneering master’s programme dedicated to developing the next generation of global format creators.

In partnership with the Université Côte d’Azur, and the city of Cannes, the course welcomes students from around the world and is structured to suit both aspiring entrants, and industry professionals, seeking to deepen their expertise or pivot within the creative industries.

Situated at the Cannes Campus Georges Méliès, within the La Bastide Rouge creative hub, students follow a professional pathway, including pitching projects to Banijay Entertainment’s creative functions and executives, and developing selected concepts with Adastra Films. Alongside this hands‑on experience, students gain access to major international events including MIPCOM, the Cannes Games Festival, and the World AI Cannes Festival, while also taking part in masterclasses led by Banijay Entertainment executives and top global experts from across the content industry.

Benjamin Duboin, Head of Talent & Content Factory at Banijay Entertainment says: “Our partnership with the Université Côte d’Azur reinforces a shared commitment to cultivating fresh creative talent and strengthening the future of content innovation globally. Each year we see exceptional students come through the programme, and its blend of academic rigour, hands‑on development, and direct access to industry leaders, equips graduates to shape the next generation of format creation.”

The course is offered in two formats: a two‑year Master of Science, running from September 2026 to June 2028, and a six‑month intensive University Diploma taking place from January to June 2027. Applications are now open, closing 15 June 2026.

Full programme details and official application information can be found here.
