Cardi B is pushing back in court once again against Tasha K, accusing the blogger of continuing to target her and her family despite a legal agreement meant to end their feud.
In a newly filed motion, the Bronx rapper claims Tasha K has repeatedly crossed the line by posting content that, while not naming Cardi directly, is clearly intended to point back to her. According to the filing, the posts rely on context, timing, and unsubtle coded references that make it easy for her audience to connect the dots.
The legal filing argues this isn’t occasional behavior, but a consistent pattern. Cardi’s team says Tasha K has posted and deleted similar content multiple times — including once less than an hour before the motion was filed — allegedly using the cycle to keep the situation in the spotlight while attempting to avoid consequences.
The dispute stems from the aftermath of Cardi’s defamation victory, which resulted in a multimillion-dollar judgment and a structured bankruptcy plan for Tasha K. As part of that agreement, the blogger is barred from making disparaging remarks, directly or indirectly, about Cardi or her family members.
Cardi now claims those boundaries have been ignored. Her attorneys point to multiple instances in which Tasha K allegedly discussed her personal life, including commentary about Offset and NFL player Stefon Diggs. In some cases, they argue, the posts were framed to encourage followers to speculate or fill in the blanks themselves.
The motion also references recent online activity tied to Offset’s reported shooting in Florida, with Cardi’s team arguing that commentary about the situation violates the terms of the agreement.
Cardi is now asking the judge to step in with stricter consequences, including financial penalties, payable to the rapper, for any future violations.
A decision on the request is still pending.
