Braden Peters, the streamer known online as Clavicular, was hospitalized on Tuesday night (April 14) following a suspected overdose that brought his livestream to an abrupt halt, per TMZ. According to the outlet, viewers watching in real time grew alarmed, and Peters was subsequently taken to the hospital. No additional details have been released.
Footage from the stream, captured at what appeared to be a shopping center, showed Peters greeting fans before repeatedly exclaiming “holy fuck.”
Earlier this month, on April 3, Clav was involved in a separate incident during what TMZ described as a nonstop 30-day livestream. Fellow content creator Andrew Morales, known as “The Cuban Tarzan,” placed him in a chokehold at what appeared to be a nightclub. Video from the moment appears to show Peters convulsing after losing consciousness. He later told those around him, “that was sick, bro,” seemingly unaware of what had occurred. TMZ reported that sources described the incident as “an impulsive prank gone wrong,” adding that Peters was said to be fine afterward.
Peters, 20, has built a following within the online “looksmaxxing” community. The term refers to efforts to enhance one’s physical appearance, ranging from grooming and fitness to more extreme measures such as cosmetic procedures, and is widely discussed on platforms like Reddit and 4chan. Peters also addressed the April 3 incident on X, writing that people were “hating” while acknowledging the clip had gone “giga viral.”
No official update on Peters’ current condition had been released at the time of publication.
