Television personality Lisa Rinna surprised concertgoers on Sunday, April 26, when she appeared on stage during Lily Allen’s second Los Angeles performance of her current tour at the Wiltern Theatre.
Rinna’s big moment took place during Allen’s Lily Allen Performs West End Girl tour, which runs through November 1, 2026.
The cameo saw Rinna stepping into the role of Madeline, a character from Allen’s 2025 album West End Girl.
The track Madeline is one of the lead singles from the album, which has drawn attention for its candid storytelling about Allen’s personal life, including her separation from estranged husband Harbour, 51. In the song’s narrative, Madeline represents a fictionalized woman at the center of an alleged infidelity storyline.
Clips taken by fans in the audience showed Rinna fully embracing the moment on stage, dancing alongside Allen and interacting with her throughout the performance. The crowd’s reaction errupted once they realized the reality television star had joined the bit.
Rinna, known for her long-running “own it” persona, appeared visibly engaged throughout the performance, smiling, gesturing to the audience, and throwing her hands in the air while dancing with Allen.
After the performance, both Allen and Rinna shared clips of the moment on social media which earned tons of fan reaction.
One fan wrote, “So iconic.” Another commented, “You are exactly who you think you are.”
A third viewer added, “I’m yet to come across a role that Rinna wasn’t made for.” Another echoed the sentiment, saying, “She’s SO f—ing iconic,” while another said, “QUEENS. ICONS. LEGENDS.”
The appearance comes as Allen’s tour continues to gain attention for its theatrical presentation and emotional storytelling, particularly surrounding themes of her relationship with Harbor.
The moment comes shortly after Rinna wrapped The Traitors, where she appeared in a tense traitor role. Although she is no longer part of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast, she has remained beloved amongst fans.
