D4vd’s Brother Appears to Comment on Celeste Rivas Hernandez Murder Case

D4vd’s brother, Caleb, appears to have spoken out about the Celeste Rivas Hernandez murder trial.

In a since-expired Instagram Story captured by The Shade Room, which started making the rounds on Thursday (April 23), Caleb shared a short but powerful post. “All pedophiles and rapists should die,” he wrote. “Period.”

Though he didn’t mention him by name, Caleb’s post seems to be in reference to D4vd, who’s currently facing several charges in connection with the death of Hernandez. According to prosecutors in the ongoing case, D4vd’s smartphone contained a “significant amount” of child porn.

It’s currently unclear whether any of the alleged footage showed Hernandez, whose body was discovered last September in a Tesla registered to the singer.

According to multiple outlets, footage of Caleb walking with Celeste on stage at a concert exists, meaning that he was aware of who she was.

Earlier this year, grand jury subpoenas were issued to three of D4vd’s relatives: his mother, father, and brother. The documents were to become public as all three people reportedly appalled them in Texas.

A Texas judge ended up ruling that the relatives had to comply and testify in California, though it’s currently unclear whether they’ve done so yet.

D4vd was arrested on April 16, seven months after her body parts were discovered in the vehicle, and was officially charged with murder four days later. He pleaded not guilty to multiple charges, including first-degree murder, lewd and lascivious acts with a person under 14, and mutilating a body.

If convicted, D4vd faces death or life in state prison without the possibility of parole. A decision on whether to seek the death penalty will be made at a later date.

Similar to Caleb, Cassidy Clarke, an actor who appeared in one of D4vd’s music videos, released a statement about how she feels about the case — as well as her relationship with the singer himself. “I don’t associate with D4vd by any means. I’m an actor,” she explained.

“I literally have nothing to do with him. I did it for a job. I did it for a check,” she continued. “I didn’t know who D4vd was. I don’t follow him on Instagram anymore. I’m going to remove him as a follower.”

Clarke concluded her message by saying that D4vd “deserves even more than what’s happening to him now. He’s a monster, and I do not associate with him by any means.”
