Rob Rausch Suffers Concussion After Bike Crash Caused by Dog

Rob Rausch, who originally appeared as a contestant on Love Island, then went on to dominate The Traitors, has recently been in an accident. According to TMZ, a dog ran out in front of him while he was riding his bike. It sent him flying over the handlebars and knocked him out cold.

During the incident, he wasn’t wearing a helmet because he was teaching a friend how to ride. He ended up with a concussion and took a trip to the hospital where he filmed a video from his bed that he uploaded to TikTok.

One commenter said, “Those ER nurses are so happy they showed up for their shift today.” Another joked, “PLEASE NOT THE MONEY MAKER.”

Rausch is most famous for his run on The Traitors. When speaking about the show with Interview Magazine in March 2026, Rausch spoke about how it felt to watch back the events. “I didn’t watch Love Island at all,” he admitted. “But Traitors, that was a fun watch. Watching myself is weird, but it was exciting because obviously I know how it ended, but I don’t really know all of the pieces of how I got there. I didn’t see what the other cast people were saying in the confessionals, so it was interesting. I was like, ‘What were they talking about the whole time?’ So I was eager to see every episode just see how everything unfolded, the whole picture of it.”

He went on to explain what he learned from the unique experience. “I think the biggest takeaway is, in life, you’re going to make mistakes,” he said. “The most important thing is the ability to take accountability for those mistakes. And then not just take accountability and apologize, but learn from them. To become a better person because of it, because otherwise it’s all for nothing. All the pain, all the hurt—everything is for nothing.”
