“I got this video from my girlfriend, and I don’t know where to go with this,” Jo Elle says in her confessional. “Last I left off with Rulla, she said she would want to know if there was proof. But I feel I have caused her heartache, and I want to be done with this.”
“I’m not here to hurt her. He’s hurting her,” Jo Ellen says of Rulla’s husband Brian Pontarelli.

During the April 26 episode of RHORI, Jo Ellen told Rulla that Brian was allegedly having an affair. Jo Ellen said that when Brian tells Rulla that he’s going to the gym in the morning, he is actually visiting his mistress. After dropping this bombshell, Jo Ellen showed Rulla a text message between Brian and the alleged woman, which Rulla didn’t believe.
Rumors of Brian’s affair came to light during the second episode of the reality show when Liz explained that she had heard there were photos of Brian and the woman online, and Jo Ellen happened to see them.
“At first, I thought that Jo-Ellen was trying to be supportive and help me because that’s what it sounded like,” Rulla said in her confessional. “Until I learned that she had shared the pictures with the whole group and was running her mouth around town about it.”
Rulla claimed that Brian was seeing this woman in the summer of 2024, but had ended his affair.
“It’s pretty out there that Brian is still doing his thing with this woman,” Liz shared in her confessional. “If Rulla chooses to not acknowledge what’s really going on and live in that land of delusion. I’m sorry, Elizabeth is allergic to bulls—.”

On an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on April 26, Brian said he hated seeing the “past come back” because “that was a while ago.”
“I was a different person then,” he told Cohen. “I realized what an amazing woman my wife is and the only thing that matters to me now is my wife and children.”
Cohen asked if he was still “engaged with this woman” when they were filming the show. “I was not engaged, not as a relationship,” Brian said.
