Jennifer Lopez has once again placed her Beverly Hills mansion on the market.
However, she reduced the estate’s price from $52 million to $49,995,000 after Ben Affleck signed over his share of the property to her. It marks the third time the home has hit the market since the two separated in mid-2024.
The couple originally put the residence up for sale in July 2024 at roughly $68 million. Lopez filed for divorce from Affleck about a month after that initial listing, and the two finalized their split in February 2025. The current ask of just under $50 million is well below the $60,850,000 they paid for the property together in May 2023, which would result in a loss for them.
The home itself is a significant piece of real estate, boasting 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and 38,000 square feet spread across a Beverly Hills compound.
Affleck’s decision to gift his half of the property to Lopez comes as the actor has been making moves of his own. In March, he sold his A.I. company, InterPositive, to Netflix for as much as $600 million—a deal that likely made parting with his share of the Beverly Hills estate a cleaner transaction.
