When does ‘Big Brother’ start this summer? Premiere date, more

In a couple short months, reality TV fans will have their eyes glued to their televisions watching the dynamics inside the “Big Brother” house.

“Big Brother” is set to return to CBS for a 28th season. So, when is the “Big Brother 28” premiere?

Season 28 will premiere at 8 p.m. ET July 9, according to reporter Sharon Tharp. It will be a 90-minute episode.

Will there be returning houseguests on ‘Big Brother’?

That was unclear, as of May 15. Tharp noted the CBS press release didn’t say new houseguests, rather it just said houseguests. But that does not mean returnees are definitely coming back.

What channel does ‘Big Brother’ air?

“Big Brother” airs on CBS and Paramount+, where live feeds have also historically been available.

How many seasons of ‘Big Brother’ are there?

Technically, there are 27 seasons of “Big Brother.” But there have been three seasons of “Celebrity Big Brother,” one season of the spinoff series “Big Brother: Over the Top” and the “Big Brother Reindeer Games” holiday special aired for the first time in 2023.
