Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie have reportedly been “embarrassed” by Sarah Ferguson’s behaviour throughout their lives, it has been claimed. Royal author Andrew Lownie is releasing his bombshell book, Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York, in paperback on May 21, with the addition of a brand new chapter.
As well as revealing how Sarah was bad at paying staff and could be “chaotic” to work for, the assistant also shared what Beatrice and Eugenie were really like.
It is believed they felt embarrassed by their mother but were under her control as teenagers.
Sharing what the assistant said, Lownie wrote: “The two daughters, she (the assistant) felt, were very much under the control of their mother but embarrassed by her behaviour.”
The assistant did not reiterate exactly what part of Sarah’s actions her daughters were embarrassed by.
However, they did also give their verdict on Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.
Lownie wrote: “The assistant saw little of Andrew, who was so foul the staff walked on eggshells when he was around.”
Both Andrew and Sarah have experienced the ultimate royal downfall since September last year.
Appearing in the Epstein files does not automatically indicate wrongdoing.
Andrew has always denied any wrongdoing and the accusations surrounding his past friendship with Epstein. It is believed Sarah also regrets her association with Epstein.
