Earl Spencer has taken to Instagram to share pictures from his honeymoon after a surprise wedding to Dr Cat Jarman. Diana, Princess of Wales’s brother tied the knot with Cat, who is his fourth wife, last week.
Alongside five pictures of the happy couple, who are also honeymooning in Arizona, the 62-year-old wrote: “15 May 2026 – the happiest day ever. A very close friend said to me, months ago: “The thing about Cat is, she’d want to be with you if you lived in a hut.”
He then added: “Little did I know she’d also be happy to marry me in a desert [green-cactus emoji].”
Earl Spencer also shared some pictures and clips from their honeymoon, including videos of them riding on horseback through the desert landscape.
His footage showed Cat riding a piebald horse, with a guide in front of them.
Cat also shared a picture of a stunning sunset, captioned “honeymoon”.
She also paid tribute to her new husband with a post that read: “Love you endlessly.”
Upon news of their wedding last week, the couple shared a joint statement, which read: “We both feel so incredibly lucky to have progressed from being colleagues, to friendship, to deep love and connection.
“Each stage of our relationship has been underpinned by laughter and we share a passion for life.”
This is Cat’s second marriage; she was previously married to Tom Jarman and has two sons.
