AUGUSTA, Ark. — The annual Augusta Days is happening this weekend in downtown Augusta.
The festival got underway last night with a salute to veterans and the opening of the carnival.
Augusta Days will continue through tomorrow. The Beale Street All-Stars will perform starting at 8 p.m. tonight on the main stage.
Tomorrow will feature a full day of activities, including a pancake breakfast, buddy bass tournament, one-mile fun walk and 5K river run, a parade, cornhole tournament, and live boxing and pro wrestling. Tomorrow’s performers include Trippp and Greyland James. There will also be fireworks.
