Taylor Swift will reportedly take centre-stage at the Songwriters Hall of Fame in New York City on June 11. As reported by Page Six, Swift will attend the coveted event and is expected to perform at the Broadway Marriott Marquis. As per sources, she plans to attend the event with her family members. A source dished, “It’s the hardest ticket to come by in the music biz. The New York City fire marshals are all over the headcount,” (via NDTV).
The prestigious ceremony is being organised by Songwriters Hall of Fame President and CEO Linda Moran and chairman Nile Rodgers. Notably, the private event includes a cocktail hour, dinner, and a show. Guests are advised to dress in “festive attire.” The official invite states, “Every attendee is clamoring for a plus-one to bring their daughters. But there’s a catch: The event maintains a strict 21-and-over policy. ‘NO ADMITTANCE UNDER THE AGE OF 21.’”
Moreover, Swift is expected to perform at 8 pm post the cocktail hour. As per Heavy.com, Kelce has a mandatory minicamp in Kansas City from June 9 to June 11. Hence, it is unclear whether he will attend the event with his fiancée as her plus one or not. For those unversed, Swift is the youngest woman and overall second youngest musical artist to be inducted into the Hall of Fame’s history.
