Finnish hard rock group Lordi, who won the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) in 2006, and Irish vocalist Johnny Logan, who has won the Eurovision Song Contest three times, performed their metal rock anthem “Hard Rock Hallelujah” on the popular German television program “ZDF Fernsehgarten” on May 24, as per Blabbermouth. Recently, Logan, Lordi, and former Battle Beast singer Noora Louhimo stunned their global fan base by creating history with an incredible partnership. A pop-rock rendition of “Hard Rock Hallelujah” was released by Logan. In the meantime, a metal rendition of Logan‘s renowned classic power ballad “Hold Me Now” was published by Lordi in collaboration with Louhimo.

In 1992, Mr. Lordi founded Lordi as a single endeavour. In 1993, Lordi recorded his debut demo album, “Napalm Market”. The song “Inferno” from the album has a music video, which was created by Mr. Lordi. Mr. Lordi didn’t wear a mask for his performance in the music video, but he applied monster makeup to his pals who had supporting parts. Mr. Lordi had an idea for a group of monsters after the video was finished. Later, “Inferno” appeared on the Finnish compilation album “Rockmurskaa” in 1995. For Finnish Kiss enthusiasts, Mr. Lordi arranged a Kiss cruise from Finland to Sweden in 1996. He introduced musicians Amen and G-Stealer to his music project, Lordi, on the cruise.
