Scooter Braun praised his girlfriend Sydney Sweeney in a new interview

Scooter Braun might be Sydney Sweeney‘s number one fan.
The former music talent manager, 44, swooned over the Euphoriaactress, 28, while on Suzy Weiss’ Second Thoughtpodcast.
“I’ve met an extraordinary woman, kind and generous and smart, and real and down to earth,” Braun told Weiss, 31, in the episode that premiered on Thursday, May 28, adding that it is “one of the biggest surprises ever.”
As for whether he’s tuning in to the psychological teen drama, Braun quipped, “I am catching it. I’m biased, I like it. I think there’s been an incredible performance by a certain actress.”

Toward the end of the episode, when asked what’s next for him, Braun, who announced his retirement from music management in 2024, confessed, “I have no idea.”
He went on to express contentment with his life. “For me, I’m enjoying my relationship, I’m enjoying my children, I’m enjoying my friends. I’m enjoying my life,” Braun shared.

A source told PEOPLE in September 2025 that Braun and Sweeney were “casually” hooking up.
Three months later, in December, sources told PEOPLE that the pair were “getting serious” and “going strong.”
“Scooter and Sydney are going strong and things between them are great,” the source said at the time. “They’re in a committed relationship and things are serious.”
Braun went Instagram official with his girlfriend last month, reposting a black-and-white snap of him and Sweeney cozying up together on his Instagram Stories.
“Lucky bastard,” Braun wrote over the photo.
As for Sweeney, she hard-launched her relationship with Braun on social media this month with a series of romantic pics from their time at the Stagecoach music festival in California.
The Instagram carousel included a photo of Braun holding Sweeney close as they posed together with a crowd in the background, as well as photo-booth shots in which the pair made silly faces together and photos of Braun holding Sweeney in the air during various performances over the course of the weekend.

In January, an exclusive source told PEOPLE that Braun was “unfazed” by any negativity surrounding his and Sweeney’s relationship.
“He finds the headlines comical. He seems to be unfazed, as he finds them all very funny,” the insider said, adding: “Sydney and Scooter are totally confident and comfortable in their relationship, and there are no trust issues going on. Things between them are stronger than ever, and they’re in a great place.”
