COMMERCE CITY — A new restaurant and entertainment venue is expected to open this summer in Commerce City, adding another dining option to the growing area near East 104th Avenue and Tower Road.
Third Round Social, a restaurant and social gathering concept from the creator of OverFlyte Denver, will combine dining, drinks and interactive entertainment. The venue will feature coffee and desserts through Panda Coffee House, a partnership with Little Man Ice Cream, interactive darts, shuffleboard and golf and multi-sport simulators powered by Full Swing Golf.
“Community is at the heart of everything we’re building,” said Vinay Patidar, owner of Third Round Social. “Our vision is to create a true neighborhood gathering place, somewhere that feels just as natural for a quick coffee or casual meeting as it does for a night out.”
Executive Chef Luke Ostrowski will lead the culinary program, with a menu featuring shareable plates, flatbreads and sandwiches.
Commerce City officials said the project addresses residents’ interest in additional restaurants and entertainment options.
“This project is incredibly exciting for us here in Commerce City, as our residents have consistently expressed their desire for more sit-down restaurants and entertainment options,” said Garrett Anderson, chief economic growth officer for Commerce City.
The restaurant will be located in a newly constructed building at the southwest corner of East 104th Avenue and Tower Road. The location will also include an outdoor patio.
