Sean “Diddy” Combs has been sued by a former child actor for alleged sexual assault.

According to the Daily Mail, a man going by John Doe alleged in court documents that he was a working child actor when he was invited to a networking event in Hollywood Hills in 2007.

The accuser claimed that Combs, now 56, asked to talk in private about his career. Combs allegedly began “rubbing on parts of his body” before performing oral sex while “pleasuring” himself.

Per the lawsuit, the then-minor told Combs he felt uncomfortable before the oral sex began. Combs allegedly left the room after telling the accuser he would “keep him in mind for possible opportunities.” John Doe recalled leaving the party after the alleged incident.

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with two new lawsuits accusing him of sexually assaulting both a 10-year-old and a 17-year-old boy. Both suits were filed by attorney Tony Buzbee with the Supreme Court of the State of New York, according to docs obtained by Variety on Monday, October 28. The first lawsuit detailed an […]

Combs’ rep denied the allegations in a statement to the Daily Mail on Tuesday.

“The allegations from this so-called nameless child actor are false and ridiculous. He’s just another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers,” the statement read. “Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — and that includes any child! These allegations will be disproved like all the rest.”

News broke in 2024 that Combs was arrested in New York. He pleaded not guilty to charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Combs’ sex trafficking trial began the following year, which resulted in him being convicted on two counts of transportation for prostitution. He started serving a 50-month sentence in October 2025, but his legal team has been seeking to overturn his conviction.

The newest lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs claims he “drugged and repeatedly sexually assaulted” a personal trainer. In court documents filed on Sunday, October 20, the alleged victim detailed how Diddy, 55, allegedly would drug him and “essentially passed plaintiff’s drugged body around like a party favor for their sexual enjoyment.” The paperwork, which was […]

In March, Us confirmed that Combs’ release date was moved up to April 25, 2028, more than a month earlier than initially scheduled. Combs previously learned he could shorten his sentence by up to one year in November 2025, when it was announced that he was accepted into a drug-abuse rehabilitation program.

“Mr. Combs is an active participant in the Residential Drug Abuse Program (RDAP) and has taken his rehabilitation process seriously from the start,” a rep for Combs said on his behalf at the time. “He is fully engaged in his work, focused on growth and committed to positive change.”
