More stars have signed on to read Celebrity Autobiography at Broadway’s Shubert Theatre. The long-running comedy favorite, currently playing a limited summer Broadway run following performances around the world, features an ever-changing cast of celebrity notables reading excerpts from real autobiographies.
Newly joining the line-up are Ray Romano, Allison Williams, Alexander Dreymon, Kate Walsh, Jim Rash, Frank DiLella, Griffin Dunne, Stewart Lane, and Bonnie Comley.
The Broadway bow officially opened May 18, with Rita Wilson producing and co-starring. This new crop of readers joins a previously announced roster that includes Jason Alexander, Anthony Anderson, Bob Costas, Andrea Martin, Leslie Rodriguez Kritzer, Pamela Adlon, Brooke Adams, Gina Gershon, Ralph Macchio, Katie Couric, Eric McCormack, Tony Shalhoub, Matthew Broderick, Phil Rosenthal, Tate Donovan, Lewis Black, Danny Burstein, Ken Jeong, Susan Lucci, Laraine Newman, Oscar Nuñez, Tiler Peck, Jennifer Tilly, Robert Sean Leonard, Mikey Day, Cheri Oteri, and Alan Zweibel. Each night’s cast is different, and could feature surprise special guests.

The staging features scenic and costume design by Derek McLane, lighting design by Ed McCarthy, and sound design by Palmer Hefferan. The Broadway run is produced by Wilson, Eric Falkenstein, Douglas Denoff, Fraboni, Peter Martin, and EP Productions. Foundation Theatrical‘s Erich Jungwirth is general managing, and James FitzSimmons serves as production stage manager.
