“Blast” follows lead single “Try Try Try” released last month, and is accompanied by a music video directed by Michael Rees. It’s the second preview of a collection of songs which see Hovvdy consider their place in the world from a secure, self-aware place.
Following the release of Big World, Hovvdy will be hitting the road for a tour this Autumn in support of the album. This will include stops across the US and Canada in October and November, with Emma Ogier and Christian Lee Hutson as support. The band will also be supporting Bleachers and heading to the UK and Europe to support Wilco throughout the summer.
