The trailer launch event of Dhamaal 4 was held at an amusement park on the outskirts of Mumbai and saw the presence of a large part of the film’s ensemble.
Actors Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Jaaved Jaaferi, Ravi Kishan, Upendra Limaye, child actors Riyansh Dabhi and Akshara Padwal, producers Bhushan Kumar and Ashok Thakeria, along with director Indra Kumar, attended the event. As expected, Ravi Kishan emerged as one of the biggest crowd-pleasers, keeping the atmosphere lively with his trademark humour.
During the interaction, Ravi was asked about the renewed attention being received by his Bhojpuri film Dhurandhar: The Shooter (2013), which has unexpectedly resurfaced online following the success of the Hindi Dhurandhar franchise headlined by Ranveer Singh.
Ravi Kishan’s Reacts To His Bhojpuri Movie Dhurandhar
Reacting to the trend, the actor quipped, “Yes, I do know. Mere zindagi mein aise dhoom dhadake hote hai! I had worked in a film called Dhurandhar. It was also in the same zone as (the 2025 film Dhurandhar). But it was in Bhojpuri and was made in a certain budget. Ab usko (Dhurandhar of Bollywood) dekhne ke chakkar mein ya Dhurandhar (ke wave) mein sabne meri waali Dhurandhar jham ke dekh li. So, thank you so much (laughs).”
Continuing in the same vein, he joked, “Its producers and its right holders have suddenly become crorepatis now!”
On a more heartfelt note, Ravi spoke about becoming a part of the popular comedy franchise. “This is life aur zindagi ka yeh jo pal chal raha hai, usme bahut maza aa raha hai! I used to watch Dhamaal series and today, I am a part of it. Indu sir is a gentleman, while the whole team is superb. Bahut mazedaar film bani hai. All the actors are able and are now my friends. I can’t thank Mahadev enough.”
#Dhamaal4 – Ravi Kishan doesn’t need to overcomplicate this.
If people searched for Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar, they were obviously looking for Ranveer Singh’s film not a Bhojpuri movie with the same title. The posters, cast, scale, and promotion are completely different.

The actor also had the audience in splits when he was asked whether fans could expect to see him perform in a dance number. Responding with characteristic enthusiasm, he said, “Mujhe naachna hai. Mujhe bahut zor se naachne ka mann karta hai! I attend events to dance, but I am made to answer questions! Main zindagi ko ek naach hi samajta hoon. Zindagi mein naachna hi hai aur naachte-naachte upar jaana hai. Hence, everyone should dance. And don’t take life too seriously. Just keep dancing!”
Dhamaal 4 is scheduled to arrive in cinemas on July 10.
