Ticketek Entertainment Group (TEG) has announced the appointment of Amy Mackie as Managing Director, Ticketing.
In the role, Mackie will lead ticketing strategy and operations across Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the United Kingdom. She will work closely with the General Managers responsible for ticketing and memberships in each market.
Mackie has been with TEG for more than 17 years and has held positions across product, technology, marketing and operations. Her appointment adds to the company’s executive leadership team and comes as TEG continues to expand its ticketing business across multiple regions.
“I’m excited to be leading such an established and talented team across our markets,” Mackie shared. “My focus is on supporting them to continue delivering the high standards we’re known for, while maintaining our emphasis on the critical link between technology, product and operations.

TEG operates across ticketing, live entertainment, sport and experiential events through a portfolio of businesses that includes Ticketek, TEG Live, TEG Sport, TEG Experiences and Ovation.
