An unexpected celebrity will be showing off his moves on Dancing with the Stars this fall!
On the Wednesday, June 17, episode of Jimmy Kimmel‘s late-night talk show, he announced that his hilarious sidekick, Guillermo Rodriguez, would be joining the upcoming season of the hit dance competition show.
After Kimmel, 58, told audience members the news, Rodriguez, 55 — who began as the talk show’s parking lot security guard — exclaimed, “I’m excited, I’m very happy.”
“Are you up to this challenge?” Kimmel asked, to which the comedian confirmed he was.
Kimmel also jokingly told Rodriguez he had to “promise” not to “lose a single adorable pound.”
“I promise if I lose 5 pounds, I’m going to gain 10 pounds back right away,” Rodriguez assured.
