Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are just weeks away from tying the knot, with their wedding reportedly set for Friday, July 3, at New York City’s iconic Madison Square Garden. As excitement builds for the big day, the couple continues to face constant rumors of major relationship drama and speculation over why they “bailed” on certain wedding plans.
Despite the never-ending chatter, Swift made it clear where she stands with Kelce after showing her support for him at a Tight End University event in Nashville on Monday, June 22. The annual program, co-founded by Kelce, George Kittle, and Greg Olsen in 2021, brings tight ends together for three days of bonding and collaboration.

A photo posted to TEU’s official Instagram page showed Swift posing with Kelce, alongside Kittle and his wife Claire, and Olsen with his daughter Talbot. “TEU Yearbook cover worthy,” they wrote in the caption, along with a sparkle emoji.
This latest appearance by Swift and Kelce comes as reports surface of challenges leading up to their wedding. On June 13, Star reported that the couple had faced “major drama” over the guest list and security concerns.
“They’ve had to change venues and dates,” a source told the outlet, adding, “it’s been a monstrous headache.”
TMZ previously reported that Swift and Kelce originally planned a June 13 wedding at the Ocean House resort, a five-star hotel near Taylor’s Rhode Island home, but ultimately canceled those plans after the venue was leaked. “We’re told the couple bailed after word got out about the venue,” the outlet said.
As for the guest list, an insider told Star, “The last thing Taylor wants is for her wedding to turn into a big showbiz circus. She’s trying not to get bogged down by the guest list and all the details, but it’s difficult with so much global attention and the pressure for everything to be perfect.”
Security has also become a top concern for Swift and Kelce. “It’s a shame security has become such a big deal,” the source explained. “But it is what it is, and Travis and Taylor are grateful they can cover the expense.”
Anyone lucky enough to score an invitation has reportedly been required to sign an NDA, with details about the highly anticipated wedding shared strictly on a “need-to-know” basis.
