Brooklyn Beckham shared a gushing birthday tribute to his father-in-law, Nelson Peltz, as his feud with his own family rages on.
To celebrate the billionaire businessman and investor turning 83 on Wednesday, Beckham shared a picture of the two posing with their arms around one another on his Instagram Stories, writing, “Happy birthday Nelson x I love u so much ❤️.”
The Cloud23 founder, 27, continued, “I’m so happy I could celebrate you today! Thank you for being the best father in law ❤️.”
Beckham’s wife, Nicola Peltz, also shared a loving birthday tribute to her dad on Instagram Wednesday, included a pic of all three of them together.
“i feel truly blessed to have grown up watching you be such an incredible role model in every way possible,” she wrote. “you’re the best father i could ever dream of. you love us all unconditionally, encourage us that our dreams are never too big to chase and to always always be a good human before all else.”
Beckham’s post about his father-in-law is in stark contrast to his current relationship with his parents.
David and Victoria celebrated Father’s Day weekend at a West London gastro pub with their two younger sons — Romeo, 23, and Cruz, 21 — and their sons’ girlfriends in pics obtained by Page Six.
Though Brooklyn was missing from the family get-together, David and Victoria extended an olive branch to their eldest son on in social media posts for the holiday, sharing throwback pics of Brooklyn while gushing over their “beautiful” family on Instagram.
Victoria included a snap of all four of her children — sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz as well as daughter Harper, 14 — posing with their father.
Meanwhile, David shared a black-and-white childhood photo of all of his kids, in which Brooklyn holds baby Harper in his arms, as well as individual portraits with each of them.
However, Brooklyn was reportedly “absolutely furious” over the public gesture, as he had previously asked them not to tag him in their social media posts, the UK Sun reported Monday.
“He’s fuming about it,” an insider told the outlet. “He’s asked them to leave him alone and they just keep posting him.”
“It just brings the whole thing up all over again,” the insider continued. “He wishes they’d leave it and leave him alone.”
Brooklyn recently took a public jab at his family in his DoorDash World Cup ad. In the commercial, Brooklyn tosses World Cup tickets onto his coffee table, and explains why he’s watching the FIFA World Cup 2026 from home,
“It’s not like I don’t have tickets. It’s because… it’s a long story,” he tells the camera while walking to his front door and giving the tickets to a DoorDash delivery driver.
Cruz hit back at his eldest brother for the shady ad while attending the England vs. Ghana game with David in Boston Tuesday.
On his Instagram Stories, Cruz posted a picture of himself looking down at his phone instead of watching the game from their suite, while David was locked in on the action on the field.
“Don’t worry it was during the advertisement break 🤷♂️🤷♂️,” Cruz quipped.
