The team, Snyder Wald Wealth Partners, previously managed approximately $800 million in client assets. The move follows Citizens’ recent addition of an insurance advisory team and reflects the company’s continued expansion of capabilities and talent across its wealth platform.
Snyder Wald Wealth Partners is led by David Snyder, Darren Wald, and Trevor Wade. The team serves high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs, with a specialized focus on athletes and entertainers.
Citizens said the team’s experience in sports and entertainment expands its ability to provide specialized advice and solutions for clients in these sectors.
The team will work closely with colleagues in Citizens’ Los Angeles Private Bank offices, extending these capabilities to clients across the region.
Citizens said Southern California remains an important growth market for its wealth management business. The addition builds on the company’s existing foundation in Newport Beach and Manhattan Beach.
