BMI’s Soundmouse has welcomed David McIninch, most recently Transit Technologies’ CRO, as GM.
Gibson
As part of a “planned leadership transition,” Gibson president and CEO Cesar Gueikian is set to step down on July 31st, at which point he’ll become a strategic advisor to the board.
Meanwhile, chief commercial officer Anne Rohosy will serve as interim president and CEO as the company seeks a permanent replacement.
AFM
The American Federation of Musicians has elected its leaders, including Local 802’s Tino Gagliardi as international president; Local 10-208’s Karen Suarez Flint as VP; Local 547’s Allistair Elliott as Canada VP; and Local 99’s Ken Shirk as international secretary-treasurer.
Additionally, the AFM’s international executive committee consists of Local 40-543’s Marta Bradley, Local 6’s Kale Cumings, Local 4’s Leonard DiCosimo, Local 7’s Edmund Velasco, and Local 149’s Dusty Kelly.
Spirit Music
Spirit Music has added two Nashville-based team members: CAA vet Elizabeth Lombardi has signed on as VP of business and legal affairs, while ex-Big Machine marketing professional Taylor Perez has come aboard as senior director of digital marketing.
Frontiers Label Group
Frontiers has confirmed three promotions, elevating Leo Nicholas to UK MD; Aldo Lonobile to VP of global A&R; and Martina Palermo to global head of PR.

The International Confederation of Music Publishers (ICMP) has elected a new board. On the leadership side, Rell Lafargue (Reservoir) is now chair; Chris Butler (Wise Music) is vice-chair; Bob Bruderman (Kobalt) is treasurer; and John Reston (UMPG) is secretary.
