Princess Beatrice’s husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi has publicly shown his support for the Princess of Wales following her completion of a gruelling charity challenge.
The father-of-three, who tied the knot with Beatrice in 2020, commented with applause emojis and a red heart on Instagram in response to the announcement.
The property developer’s warm gesture perhaps shows the warm relationship between the Mapelli Mozzis and the Waleses.
Kensington Palace confirmed Catherine had finished her mission on Sunday, with King Charles and thousands of admirers worldwide celebrating her achievement.
Well-wishers from around the globe praised the future queen, with many describing her as “amazing” while others commended her remarkable efforts.
Catherine completed the National Three Peaks Challenge on June 28, sharing a joyful photograph from the mountains alongside a heartfelt personal statement explaining her motivation.
The challenge was undertaken to raise funds for the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.
The Princess of Wales had received her own cancer treatment at the Royal Marsden in 2024, making her fundraising efforts for the charity particularly meaningful to both herself and those who have followed her recovery journey.

Since completing her treatment, the princess has dedicated herself to initiatives supporting both cancer patients and healthcare providers.
This latest endeavour focused on the importance of holistic approaches working in tandem with medical care.
The future queen emphasised the value of complementary approaches to cancer care.
She stated: “Holistic therapies complement clinical pathways and support patients’ ability to maintain their wellbeing, resilience and quality of life during an exceptionally difficult time.”

Catherine outlined her ambitions for the fundraising effort, explaining: “This challenge will support the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, helping to transform access to, and understanding of, holistic care that will enhance recovery and healing for patients across the UK.”
The princess was greeted by Prince William, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, Prince Louis, Michael Middleton, Carole Middleton and James Middleton after completing the challenge.
James Middleton, 39, commented with his own emojis on Instagram, choosing a mountain and a red heart in honour of the promise made to his older sister two years ago.
At the time, he said: “Over the years, we have climbed many mountains together. As a family, we will climb this one with you too,” in response to Catherine publicising her cancer diagnosis.
