Sara Foster has one regret when it comes to her breast augmentation.
The 45-year-old actress opened up about her 2014 procedure during the Tuesday, June 30, episode of SiriusXM’s The Morgan Stewart Show podcast, saying that her experience serves as a “cautionary tale.”
She started by stating that she’s “never done any kind of surgery” except for her boob job, and that she has yet to have the surgery redone. Sara went on to share an “unbelievable” result of her surgery that she’d like to get fixed.
“You know what’s unbelievable? And this is a cautionary tale,” she began. “I have, like, no feeling in my nipples. So guys, if you’re doing this, if you’re thinking about it, do not go through the nipple. … I need my nipples back, okay? So, if you’re listening and can give me my nipples back, I’ll pay.”

“We cannot look at what other people do and then go, ‘I want to do that’ because our anatomy does not allow itself,” she said. “I was told I have a very low brow. I was told at 25 by my dermatologist, ‘You’re going to need a brow lift one day.’ I’ve never been so offended in my life.”
Sara also said that while she’s wary of Botox, she does get Sculptra in her temples.
Sculptra is a type of dermal filler used to smooth wrinkles, according to The Cleveland Clinic.

Also this week, Sara shared her thoughts on the 35-year age gap between her dad, David Foster, and his wife, Katharine McPhee.
When asked about her relationship with McPhee on the Let’s Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari podcast, she said, “She’s really amazing.”
“I have to tell you, she really is,” Sara continued, noting that becoming a part of her famous family is “not easy.”
She pointed out that David and McPhee have “gotten so much s—” about their age difference, with the family patriarch being 76.
“Everyone has an opinion about something,” said Sara. “And you know what? They’re like 12 years in, and they are happy.”
