Miranda Lambert actually isn’t givin’ up on love.
Indeed, the “Kerosene” singer stepped out with husband Brendan McLoughlin in New York City to attend her pal Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding at Madison Square Garden July 3.
Instead of a lavender haze, Lambert donned a black halter dress with lace detailing around the bodice and a matching pair of strappy black heels. For his part, McLoughlin—who tied the knot with the country singer in 2019—sported a classic black tux and bowtie.
The special date night for the couple marks a reunion for Lambert and Swift, who have been friends since the latter’s country music days. The pair even performed Lambert’s song “Little Red Wagon” on stage together during a stop on the “Opalite” singer’s 1989 Tour in 2015.
Of course, Lambert made sure to go to the wedding with all of her best friends from the country music world, including Little Big Town members Kimberly Schlapman, Karen Fairchild, Jimi Westbrook and Philip Sweet, who all boarded a bus with Lambert.

“I don’t know. Like, what do you get?” she joked about a wedding gift during a July 3 appearance on Today. “That’d be a hard person to buy for.”
Despite her indecision, Morris emphasized she is “so happy” for her friends.
“This is such an incredible thing,” she continued “I think she has such a close tie to New York, and, yeah, I’m so excited for them to celebrate their love. It’s so cool.”
In addition to country music royalty, Swift has a big reputation for her squad running deep. As such, her friends Ed Sheeran, Zoë Kravitz, Bradley Cooper, Gigi Hadid and Dakota Johnson were also spotted heading to the nuptials.
