Rochester soccer legend Abby Wambach and her wife, bestselling author Glennon Doyle, were among the wedding guests Friday at Madison Square Garden, where Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce tied the knot.
Wambach didn’t fill a Blank Space on the guest list. She’d been on Team Taylor for years.

Before attending Swift’s Eras Tour in 2023, Doyle shared a humorous Instagram Reel showing Wambach doing a little homework before the concert. The soccer icon printed out the lyrics to “You Need To Calm Down” and studied them so she’d know every word before the show.
Studying those lyrics paid off.
