San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle and his wife, Claire Kittle, are sending newlyweds Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift a congratulatory message after the couple’s star-studding Madison Square Garden wedding.
“It was a family affair. Congratulations on finding your exclamation point!” George and Claire, both 32, wrote via Instagram on Sunday, July 5. “JusT&T Married ❤️. We love y’all!”
The Kittles’ wedding tribute borrowed Swift’s own phrasing about her now-husband, 36, during her debut appearance on Kelce’s “New Heights” podcast last year.
“Travis, he’s just a vibe booster in everyone’s life that he’s in,” Swift, 36, said on an August 2025 episode of the podcast, gushing over her then-boyfriend. “He’s, like, a human exclamation point. He’s like when you take a picture on your phone and you push the ‘enhance color’ button, that’s what you do to every text.”
Hours after Swift recorded her episode of “New Heights,” Kelce popped the question in the peony-filled backyard of his Kansas City home. The couple said “I do” on Friday, July 3, inside the famed New York City arena.
Swift and Kelce each donned bespoke designs from Christian Dior Haute Couture for the occasion.
“The bride and groom’s wedding ceremony looks have been created by Christian Dior Haute Couture. They are designed by Jonathan Anderson, Creative Director of Dior Women’s, Men’s and Haute Couture Collections, in close collaboration with the bride and groom,” a rep for Swift revealed via press release. “This is the designer’s first couture wedding dress for a world-renowned celebrity. [Both of] their shoes were custom made by Christian Louboutin and the bride wore Cartier jewelry.”
As for the Kittles, George looked dapper in a navy pinstriped suit that complemented Claire’s pastel blue sheath dress with a bedazzled illusion neckline. Her gown, however, was not met without struggle.
“[Kristin Juszczyk] saved me again,” Claire wrote via her Instagram Stories on Saturday, July 4, noting the NFL wife-turned-fashion designer stitched up a wardrobe malfunction. “Had to cut the lining in my dress. The zipper was stuck.”
Kyle Juszczyk’s wife, 32, reposted the upload to her Instagram Stories, jokingly adding, “I was sewing all night.”
With Kristin’s handiwork, Claire was ready to travel to MSG for Swift and Kelce’s big day that other attendees have called intimate despite the large-scale size of the venue.
“[George Stephanopoulos] says, ‘The ceremony was great, moving,” ABC News reporter Sophie Flay said during a late Friday broadcast, reading aloud a message from her colleague attending the festivities. “Adam Sandler [as the officiant was] funny and touching. Vows: everything you would hope for, real, vulnerable, serious and silly, deeply loving. Who knew that a wedding in Madison Square Garden could be so intimate?”
