As a host on Live With Kelly and Mark, the TV personality loves to share everything that goes on in his life with his followers. During the June 29 episode, Mark and his wife, Kelly Ripa, discussed taking a break from work and enjoying the beginning of summer.
As they chatted, Mark revealed his newfound love of mahjong. And as Kelly noted, she was the one who introduced him to the game.
“We had a little bit of a break, and I got to learn mahjong,” Mark announced in a clip posted on Instagram. “Finally! I’ve been resisting!”
“I finally broke him,” Kelly added. “He won! He’s a winner! He’s a killer!”
Mark shared what surprised him about the game.
“[Mahjong] is really competitive, and it gets testy,” he said. “And there’s a lot of smack talk!”
“You haven’t even played with some of the biggest smack talkers!” Kelly responded. “We were being nice to you to drag you in.”
“You told me I would like it—I love it,” Mark concluded.
