After winning three games in a row, the Royals have dropped their last four contests. A couple bullpen meltdowns and inept offense have been the difference for the Royals the last four days. (And for the whole season to be honest).
Seth Lugo starts today’s contest for the Royals. Ever since getting drilled in the head by a comebacker, Seth Lugo hasn’t had good outings. The long ball has been a huge factor in all of that, but hopefully we get a vintage Lugo performance heading into the break.

Tyler Tolbert is not in the lineup again today, despite being arguably the hottest hitter on the team. Vinnie Pasquantino is the designated hitter today.
