Kate Gosselin and her boyfriend Steve Neild are heading out West to live life in the country.
On Monday, July 13, the former TLC star, 51, took to TikTok to give followers a glimpse at Neild’s rural property the couple is staying at with their two dogs Koda and Meika.
“Ride along with us as we arrive at Steve’s ‘Wild Wild West’ property,” the Jon & Kate Plus 8 alum wrote in the onscreen caption of her video. The near two-minute clip shows the top of their dashboard as their vehicle navigates a tight and winding road surrounded by wilderness.
“Yee haw! 🤠 We’re finally here!” she wrote in the caption. At the end of the video, a large barn-like house appears in the distance off a long gravel road.
While Gosselin did not share any details about the location of the property, she did share how Neild ended up purchasing a rural abode. “It reminds me when you took the boys out west back in the day,” one commenter wrote on the video.
“That’s what started it all!” Gosselin replied. “Apparently, he fell in love with the west during that trip.”
Throughout Jon & Kate Plus 8, the family took a number of trips out west, including one season 2 episode in which the family took a cross-country road trip in two RVs from South Dakota to the Grand Canyon. That episode has recently gone viral as tensions reached a breaking point over a slice of pizza.

However, the commenter and Gosselin are likely referring to season 5 episode 12 “Dude Ranch and Dress Up.” The installment features Gosselin taking sons Collin, Aaden and Joel to a dude ranch in Wyoming where they rode horses, chased goats and wore western attire, per Entertainment Weekly.
In a TikTok video from the day prior, Gosselin explained Neild’s property is “under construction but constructed enough that we can live in it.” She says it’s the perfect place where their two rescue pets are “free to roam.”
In November, Gosselin went public with her long-rumored relationship with Neild, her former bodyguard. In an Instagram post, the reality star posted two snaps of him as part of a video slideshow, in which she detailed 10 things that matter to her including her kids, dogs, traveling, friends, pizza, her health and her boyfriend.

While Gosselin did not reveal her boyfriend’s last name in the post, several fans commented on his resemblance to the Gosselin family’s bodyguard she was previously rumored to have had a relationship with in 2009. At the time, Gosselin vehemently denied things ever turned romantic with Neild back then, calling reports “disgusting.”
