It’s time to get tipsy with the stars.

Lance Bass and Joey Fatone are throwing one back—er, make that a double—as they search for the perfect pour in E!’s new bartending competition series Cocktail Wars.

As Joey explains in the July 7 trailer, “Each episode pits three mixologists in a top-shelf showdown to craft the ultimate cocktail.”

With the help of industry expert Melissa Brooke, the *NSYNC band members will imbibe before picking their favorite hand-crafted, out-of-the-box drinks. Of course, that also means saying “Bye Bye Bye” to the competitors with lackluster libations.

Along the way, “contestants will be tested at every measure,” Lance teases, “nerves will be shaken and emotions will be stirred.”

As the mixologists are masterfully muddling, Lance, Joey and Melissa will be letting loose with some familiar faces.

The preview teases a star-studded roster of celebrity guest judges, including Lauren Graham, Real Housewives’ Melissa Gorga, Ramona Singer and Sonja Morgan, Seth Green, Everything on the Menu’s Braun Strowman, Rachel Maddow, Justin Sylvester and RuPaul’s Drag Race alum Miss Peppermint.

“contestants will be tested at every measure. Nerves will be shaken and emotions will be stirred.

“I don’t know what measurements you did but I like it” – Joey

In the end, the one mixologist who serves up the most delicious drink or breathtakingly crafted beverage will take home the $10,000 prize, while the losing bartenders say “Bye Bye Bye” to the competition.

“This isn’t a low-key mixer – it’s war.”

More from E! Online

And while the contestants have their eyes on the $10,000 prize, judging comes with its own reward.

“Those drinks were fire,” Joey tells several hopefuls before savoring some more spirits and cracking, “I don’t know what measurements you did but I like it.”

In the end, only one mixologist will be crowned the winner in the battle of beverages.

Get a taste of the boozy fun to come in the first look above before Cocktail Wars premieres Tuesday, Aug. 18, at 10 p.m. on E!.

“We’re excited to be part of Cocktail Wars and team up again for something this fun,” the pop stars said in a joint statement. “With this much talent, a little competition, a lot of cocktails and just enough chaos to keep things interesting—that’s usually where we thrive.”
