Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce tied the knot with an epic 1,000+ guest wedding at New York City’s very own Madison Square Garden almost two weeks ago, and it’s still a hot topic thanks to the shrouded mystery surrounding the ceremony. Though Swifties caught a glimpse of their fairy-tale garden decor ahead of the event, there’s one other thing they no longer have to wonder about: their lineup of wedding performers.
In a viral TikTok posted on Wednesday, July 15, ESPN sports commentator and T&T wedding guest Pat McAfee all but confirmed Tay and Trav’s wedding performers, which included 2000s pop-rock icon Avril Lavigne. Talk about a millennial fever dream!
“I guess yesterday, me saying that Avril Lavigne played ‘Sk8er Boi’ was the first time that it came out. It hadn’t been revealed,” he said, adding that her performance was “awesome.”
He revealed that each musician was “really cool” and introduced the next performer as they wrapped their respective songs.
“They would come up, and then they would just do their shit. You know, and it was like, some of them I didn’t know their songs,” Pat added. “Like, Ice Spice was there. Obviously, she’s very tight with Taylor…I would say she put on a [good show], a lot of energy up there. Tate [McRae], same thing.”
The sports commentator’s confirmation comes after several outlets reported Taylor and Travis’ rumored wedding performance lineup, which included Stevie Nicks and Tim McGraw.
As for Tate and Ice, it seems veeery likely since Tay has openly supported and been a fan of their music over the years. The Grammy winner gushed about how “special” Ice is when they dropped their “Karma” remix back in 2023, telling Spotify, “I’m blown away by her. She is, in my opinion, she is the one to watch. Just watching her work ethic and how thoughtfully she approaches her career. She’s, like, my new favorite artist and I’m so honored that she’s on the song.”
She echoed a similar sentiment about Tate during an interview on SiriusXM’s The Morning Mash Up in October 2025, saying, “You look around and, like, Tate McRae is amazing…Like, there are so many incredible artists right now that I just love listening to. So I guess I’m supporting them by like just streaming their music constantly in my house.”
Couldn’t love this energy more if I tried!
