Megan Fox is comfortable in her own skin and unafraid to defend herself.
On Thursday, July 16, the actress, 40, posted photos on Instagram of herself wearing a mesh black bandeau top with lace underwear and a sheer veil on her head — and shortly after hopped in the comments to shut down one rude reply.
In the first image, Fox, 40, can be seen standing in front of an orange backdrop, with a glowing halo floating over her head.

Other photos showed different angles of the skin-baring look, including one in which she kneeled against a chair with her hands in a prayer position.
“Men would have them believe disobedience was eves vice, when it was her greatest virtue,” she captioned the post.
One commenter wrote, “This s–t is so unbelievably embarrassing for a 40 year old mom to be posting. 16 year old tumblr s–t.”

Fox was one of the over 250 individuals who replied to the comment, writing, “which one of my exes is this 🧐.”
The mom of four shares three children with ex Brian Austin Green — Noah Shannon Green, 13, Bodhi Ransom Green, 12, and Journey River Green, 9 — and toddler Saga Blade Fox-Baker, 1, with ex Machine Gun Kelly.
Many of her fans also came to her defense by replying to the comment.
“fun fact, you can still be hot at any age,” one fan wrote.

Another person wrote, “You’re acting like she’s 80 lmaoo shut the hell up.”
The comment comes four months after Fox, who has over 24 million followers, returned to Instagram on April 3 with sexy shots of herself in a black tee and thong.

When Fox marked her 38th birthday in May 2024, she celebrated by wiping her Instagram account of all photos and removing anyone she previously followed.
