Melanie “Mel C” Chisholm and Chris Dingwall are married!
The singer, 51, tied the knot with the Australian model in England on Saturday, July 18, Vogue reported.
According to the outlet, the pair said “I do” at a friend’s lakeside property, The Country House, in Cumbria.
For her special day, Mel C wore a wedding dress crafted by friend and fellow Spice Girls alum Victoria Beckham.
Representatives for Mel C, Dingwall and The Country House have not responded to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

Mel C and Dingwall got married during a legal ceremony in the groom’s native Australia before their July 18 nuptials, Vogue reported.
Her “something borrowed” for that ceremony, Mel C told the outlet, came from Beckham’s closet.
“I was actually having dinner with Melanie and asked her what she was up to,” Beckham, 52, told Vogue. “She very casually told me she was leaving for Australia in two days and getting married! When I asked what she was wearing, she mentioned she had actually ordered one of my dresses but that it didn’t quite fit, and she didn’t have time to get it altered before leaving. I happened to have that exact dress in my own wardrobe and offered to lend it to her.”
The attire, according to Mel C, was “the best, hands down.”
“There’s just something about her clothes … they have a real simplicity, especially the slip dresses. They’re really feminine, but in a way that feels comfortable, and very me,” the singer added, celebrating her longtime friend. “Victoria’s dress was my something borrowed. It was very special, having her there.”
Once Beckham later learned that Mel C and Dingwall would get married during a larger ceremony in England, Beckham lent her stylist services once more. “I obviously offered to make her dream dress,” the mother of four told Vogue.
Mel C revealed how she and Dingwall met during an appearance on Brittany Hockley and Laura Byrne’s Life Uncut podcast in Nov. 2025. Sporty Spice spoke candidly about pairing with her Australian model husband on the dating app Raya before going on their first date in November 2023.
“Nobody knows this, but we actually met on Raya,” Mel C told the podcast hosts. She described Raya — a dating app known for connecting celebrities and influencers — as “quite fun” and noted that her friends refer to the platform as “boy bingo.”
Having been previously linked to producer Joe Marshall through 2022, Mel C said she was looking for someone who was the “complete opposite.”
“I’m on the app, and in my head I’m like, ‘You know what? I’m done. I’m done with this dude. I want someone who is all the things that he wasn’t and the complete opposite. And I don’t want somebody under my feet,’ you know?”

Mel C was in London when she matched with Dingwall, who was in Sydney. “And I’m like, ‘Well, he’s absolutely not under my feet,'” she recalled. “But I did have a DJ tour planned, and I thought, ‘Well, he’s really cute. This is worth pursuing.'”
Despite the two having been together ever since their first date, the singer doesn’t often share details or photos with her boyfriend. Mel C and Dingwall also did not publicly confirm that they were engaged before getting married this weekend.
The couple was first spotted holding hands at the 2024 Glastonbury Festival in Pilton, Somerset, England. The pair were photographed strolling through the annual music festival with their fingers intertwined as they kept things casual.
Mel C shares a 17-year-old daughter, Scarlet, with former partner Thomas Starr.
