54th Annual Tomball Night and Parade of Lights
The Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce is slated to host its 54th Annual Tomball Night on Aug. 7. Its accompanying festivities, such as the Parade of Lights, aim to promote small businesses and offer food and entertainment to the community. Tomball Night begins at 5 p.m., and parking is free. The parade will take place along Main Street later in the evening.
Foodie Fest
Foodies are invited to District 2.4.9 Bar and Grill on Aug. 8 to sample street foods and beverages from a variety of vendors in the local community. A full bar and live music from a performing DJ will be available for guests. The event is family-friendly, and all guests must register their attendance in advance at www.suiteseatstx.com to receive their free entry pass.

Back to School Bash
For one day only, Paradigm Brewing Company is celebrating the end of summer and the start of the new school year with local vendors, kid-friendly activities, food and cold craft brews for adults. Families can stop by the restaurant Aug. 15 for its free Back to School Bash and experience a night of community with other students.
‘Jane Eyre’
Lone Star College-Tomball invites community members to attend its musical production of “Jane Eyre,” which tells the story of the governess’s life from childhood through adulthood. Tickets will be available for purchase at the door.
2026 Gulf Coast Chamber Executive Leadership Conference
The Gulf Coast Chamber Executives invite business professionals and staff to promote their products at the 2026 GCCE Leadership Conference on Aug. 28. Held at the Tomball ISD Event Center, the conference aims to gather leaders from across the Gulf Coast region to better connect them to resources. Proceeds from this event will go toward furthering the education and training of Chamber Executives through scholarships.

The American Revolution Experience
The Lone Star College-Tomball Community Library welcomes history buffs to the opening reception of the “American Revolution Experience,” its newest national traveling history exhibit. The reception will feature colonial-themed activities and a celebratory birthday cake for visitors of all ages. Once open, the educational exhibit may be viewed from Aug. 29 until Sept. 17 during regular library hours.
Voodoo Punch Free Concert
Located at 403 Eats Music Venue and Food Truck Park, music lovers can attend Voodoo Punch’s free concert Aug. 29. The band is known for its hard rock and metal covers of songs, which span the ’70s, ’80s, ’90s and modern 2000s. Guests are encouraged to bring chairs for open lawn seating. Outside food and drinks are prohibited.
Taste This, Try That
Taste This, Try That is a diverse restaurant and business showcase hosted by the Southwest Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce. On Aug. 31, attendees are encouraged to arrive hungry ahead of the event dedicated to local business food sampling. Participating restaurants will also compete for Best Presentation, Best Taste, Best Service and People’s Choice awards.

The Woodstock Experience
R&B and funk performance group Soul Sessions is recreating the legendary 1969 Woodstock music festival at Main Street Crossing. On Sept. 1, guests can attend the band’s live concert and listen as they play iconic rock anthems, soul ballads and more from artists like Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, The Grateful Dead, Crosby and more. Doors open for this event at 6 p.m.
