ITV Love Island viewers have expressed frustration, calling it “bizarre” after discovering Tommy Stagg’s celebrity connections beyond the villa.
The 2026 final is mere hours away, with one couple set to be crowned champions on July 27. In a dramatic development tonight (July 26), previous contestants will make a comeback to deliver a game-changing verdict – selecting which Islander to eliminate next.
This pivotal twist was revealed in a teaser following Friday’s episode, generating considerable buzz amongst viewers as they speculate about who faces elimination from the Island.
Supporters have become progressively worried about Tommy and Yas following revelations about Tommy’s romantic history.

He had previously responded to speculation regarding an existing girlfriend, clarifying that the relationship had ended some weeks prior.
Nevertheless, this disclosure shocked Yasmin, who challenged Tommy about whether he retained feelings for his former partner – a matter that remains hotly contested among viewers, reports OK!.
Beyond the on-screen tension, Love Island enthusiasts have uncovered that Tommy maintains links to several prominent personalities. Through his role running an events business, he has mingled at numerous gatherings and functions with various celebrities.
He has regularly used social platforms to post photographs alongside some familiar personalities, while also receiving comments from past Islanders on his content.
Such exchanges have featured former Love Island participants Harrison Solomon, Dejon Noel Williams, Sammy Root and Tyrique Hyde. Dejon had previously left a comment on Tommy’s Instagram: “My brother”, accompanied by a red heart emoji, while Harrison also responded: “best one so far”.

However, viewers have been left shocked. Taking to social media this week, one person posted a photograph of Tommy with Harrison, writing: “So did anyone else know Tommy already knew Harrison before the villa? now I’m questioning his intentions even more.”
One viewer remarked: “Why do they all know each other before the show it’s just bizzare ! Clearly all socialise in the same sad clubs and circles lol.”
Another observed: “Sadly is rare to find someone wanting to go on the show to find love, now is all about fame..”
A third explained: “A lot of them know past islanders”, while another noted: “He probably knows a fair few due to his events business, and also quite a few due to being a semi-pro footballer. Undoubtedly he’ll know Tyrique, Toby and a few others due to football.”

Tommy’s enterprise is called Paschahōuse, regularly posting footage on social media of extravagant events, having established itself as a well-known music event brand and party organiser.
