Ariana Grande confirmed that she did not appear in Kanye West’s “Donda”.
Some fans of the “7 Ring” hit maker thought it was Ariana’s vocal on the title track of the rapper on her 10th studio album.
However, the 28-year-old pop megastar has since denied this fact and praised the real singer Stallone.
Sharing the latter post in her Instagram story, where Kanye and his collaborators played her role at the makeshift recording booth at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, where the record was finished, the “position” singer said: I am writing in.
Stallone’s post has the caption “Vocals at # atl’s MB Stadium before the start of # DONDA2”.
“The whole album is a masterpiece. I am very grateful.”
Ariana’s explanation comes when Kanye claims that his record label released “Donda” without his permission.
The “all-day” rapper made Universal make his tenth studio album available on streaming services (such as Spotify and Apple Music) without his approval, and he said “Prison, Pt. 2’was controversial. Featuring rapper Da Baby and rocker Marilyn Manson accused of abuse by many women, including former fiancé Evan Rachel Wood.
In a typed-out message, the 44-year-old star told his 7.8 million Instagram followers:
Initially, all but one song was released. 2’was added a few hours later on Sunday (29.08.21), and DaBaby spit on homosexual comments about HIV and AIDS at the Rolling Loud Festival.
He wraps like this: You know it feeds my daughter, right? (Hmm) / But I’m not really angry.
Manson, who exploded his anger when he joined Kanye and DaBaby on stage at a recent LP listening party in Chicago, appears on Hook.
Despite DaBaby appearing at the “Stronger” hitmaker’s listening party, the “ROCKSTAR” hitmaker was replaced by Jay-Z on the track “Jail.”
Kanye told the manager in a series of screenshots of the text exchange that he wouldn’t remove DaBaby, 29, despite allegedly postponing the release.
Kanye wrote back to his manager, Abu Bu Tiam, referring to his unsuccessful bid to become President of the United States:[DaBaby] He was the only one who said he would vote for me in public. “
The’Gold Digger’hit maker also seems to have sent a message to DaBaby:
“The people next to you are trying to destroy you, but God has to make a bigger plan.”
“Unstoppable plan !!” he replied.
The 27-track record also includes the posthumous appearances of The Weeknd, Young Thug, Travis Scott, Kid Cudi, and the late Pop Smoke.
