Asher Angel is coming into his country pop era!
The 22-year-old Shazam actor and musician returned to music this month with his new single “alternate ending,” which tells the story of a young man wishing to change the ending of a relationship.

“This is the first song in a series of songs that are very personal to me and something I want to share with my fans,” Asher said in a statement. “As I get older I feel ownership and connection with my music and songwriting and I am really excited to share this with everyone.”
Asher penned the lyrics and the song was produced by Chrishan, who has worked with the likes of Post Malone, Chris Brown and Ty Dolla $ign, and Benjamin Lasnier, who has worked with Bad Bunny among others.
