All-new Bachelor star Grant Ellis is facing backlash after fans uncovered his single Party Girls on Spotify ahead of the season 29 premiere.
The 31-year-old Bachelorette alum’s track caught attention when TikTok user posted about it on January 27.
The fan said: “So, Bachelor Nation is big on calling out people for being on the show for the wrong reasons, which basically translates to being on the show to become famous.”
“And let’s be honest, a lot of people who go on The Bachelor and Bachelorette are there for the wrong reasons, but usually you can’t prove that. However, what Grant did pretty much proved it. He released a song, you guys.”
Fans were quick to share mixed reactions on social media.
Jenn, however, has shared her support for the new Bachelor.
“Pick wisely, honey,” she told Life & Style in September 2024, adding that Grant is “so open-hearted and so ready to be in love.”
During a recent Good Morning America interview, Grant teased his journey.
“I think the thing that really brought us all together was what they were here for, and that was love. Everybody was genuine, everybody was unique, and everybody was willing to be open,” he shared.
