Over the past three days, IT raids have been conducted on Tollywood producers, including Dil Raju and the producers of ‘Pushpa 2,’ as well as several film financiers and other notable personalities in the industry. The raids are taking place at the homes and offices of 15 prominent individuals in the film industry, with authorities examining their bank accounts and lockers.
Actor Venkatesh responded to these ongoing IT raids, stating that he was unaware of the IT searches at the residence of Dil Raju, the producer of their latest movie ‘Sankranthiki Vasthunam .’ Venkatesh further stated that he was unaware of any other individuals being affected by the raids.
Venkatesh clarified that his remuneration is modest and that he only receives payments in white money. He explained that his salary goes directly to his office, from where he withdraws funds for his expenses. He also emphasized that he is not aware of the financial matters of other actors in the industry.
