In addition to Dharma, Karan Johar is also linked to nepotism. The director has been too closely linked to the term since Kangana Ranaut branded him a “flagbearer of nepotism.” Since Kjo welcomed Ibrahim Ali Khan, the son of Saif Ali Khan, to the movies, the nepo issue has only intensified. Karan posted some pictures of Ibrahim and a long text on his Instagram account. Karan wrote in the note about how he met his mother, Amrita, and his bond with Saif Ali Khan, Sara Ali Khan and the rest of the family.
Karan Johar trolled for his note for Ibrahim Ali Khan
A part of his note read, “I know this family for 40 years. Worked with them in different capacities – Duniya and the wonderful 2 States with Amrita, Kal Ho Naa Ho to Kurbaan with Saif and of course, Simmba with Sara followed by many more (to come!!). I know this family for the heart they have.”
After the post was shared on social media, some people got a little too excited and said that Ibrahim might turn out to be a great actor. Some even had their eyes set only on the photos and wrote how good he looks. On the other hand though, a lot of people slammed Karan Johar saying that he is doing yet another nepotism launch.
One wrote, “Many more to come Matlab taimur ka debut bhi kjo krega pr tb tk shyd dharma bik jaygi.”
