Mike Wolfe has shared a heartfelt tribute to the Queen of Country music.
As the American Pickers’ star hits the road again for another season and continues working on an “amazing” new project, he took some time to shout out a previous guest star that starred on the History Channel show over 10 years ago.
To celebrate Dolly Parton’s 79th birthday, Mike posted a photo of the singer with his co-star Danielle Colby and Lauren Wray.
He captioned the post: “Happy Birthday Dolly We love you! Honored to have had you on the show a few years back. Hopefully in 2025 paths will cross again.”
Lauren reminisced on the day as she commented: “One of the best days ever!”
“I love Lauren and Danielle,” she said. “I totally related to them because they like to wear a lot of makeup. They like to be flashy and I completely understood that.”
“It’s a good thing we’re girls. We would’ve been drag queens,” she joked.
Several other notable stars, like William Shatner and Jack White, have appeared on the reality show.
Mike recently teamed up with another “legend” for the show’s upcoming season. He posted a photo with car designer Chip Foose while filming to give fans’ a sneak peek at what’s to come.
He captioned the picture: “Epic day filming with the legend @chipfooseofficial… Can’t wait for you all to see this episode. Chip and I know each other thru bicycles not cars. He’s a antique bicycle hunter and gather just like me.”
