Paris-based PGS Entertainment has appointed former Cyber Group Studios international sales executive Pauline Berard as global sales and acquisition manager.

Berard will oversee global sales, acquisitions, and coproductions at Alvin & the Chipmunks distributor PGS Entertainment.
The exec has nearly 10 years of experience in international sales, having worked at companies including Canal+ and Alchimie. She joined Cyber Group Studios in 2021 and left after the animation studio entered administration.
C21 revealed last month that four companies have expressed an interest in acquiring Cyber Group Studios as the Paris Commercial Court seeks a buyer for the company.
Cyber Group Studios is one of numerous French animation companies experiencing financial troubles during a crisis the president of the French animation producers’ union has warned could last until 2026.
