Fans have kindly presented Prince Harry with a new nickname following his heartfelt plea via a recorded video message made from his Montecito mansion in California.
Earlier, Harry called on the public to nominate inspirational children and young people with complex medical needs for the WellChild Awards 2025.
The royal, who has been a patron of the WellChild Awards for more than 15 years encouraged the public to “nominate the exceptional people who inspire you” and added it was a “true privilege to honour the bravery and compassion of this incredible community”.
Following the video upload, a fan of Harry’s rushed to X labeling him with a three-word nickname: “Good King Harry”.
WellChild’s official X, uploaded the video with the caption: “WellChild Patron Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, urges the public to submit nominations for the 2025 #WellChildAwards, in association with @GSK. Help us celebrate the inspirational children living with complex medical needs, and those who care for them.”
Another fan commented under the video: “Great to see #PrinceHarry’s devotion to WellChild. Let’s gooo #WellChildAwards.”
One royal fan was pleased to see Harry presenting: “The 20th award!! That is so awsome. Congratulations to all. Keep the good work going. Nice to see Prince Harry again.”
Another thanked Harry for his good work with the charity: “Your charity does amazing work for very special children and their very special families.”
User @Gladys64387375 also wrote: “Thank you for all you do! Btw, you’ve got a great Patron. Prince Harry is a good man.”
