John Cena<\/a> is sharing all the ways his hair transplant changed his life \u2015 and why he wishes he\u2019d done it sooner. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The WWE star said in an interview with People magazine<\/a> published Wednesday that while he originally attempted to \u201chide\u201d his hair loss, fans were \u201cbringing it to light.\u201d <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cI saw their signs that said \u2018The bald John Cena,\u2019\u201d the \u201cTrainwreck\u201d actor said, explaining that it \u201cpushed me into going to see what my options were.\u201d <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cI now have a routine: red-light therapy, minoxidil, vitamins, shampoo, conditioner \u2014 and I also got a hair transplant last November,\u201d Cena admitted.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cI hate the fact that if there wasn\u2019t so much shame around it, I\u2019d have gotten it done 10 years ago,\u201d he said. \u201cI thought I was alone, but seven or eight out of 10 [men] suffer from thinning or baldness.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Cena has no regrets and said he doesn\u2019t \u201cthink there\u2019s any shame in\u201d getting a transplant. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cIt completely changed the course of my life,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Cena previously called out WWE fans for \u201cbullying\u201d him over his \u201cbald spot.\u201d <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
